What is Design & Build

Design process
This is your About section. Once on board, we provide umpteen Design options in the form of quick sketches and presentation to cater to the clients requirement.Post finalization of design scheme, the detailed floor plan with complete interiors space arrangement and mechanical services.This is followed by the detailed 3d images to help client understand the design intent and approach better.We give clients complete picturisation of how it looks and a rough cost estimate.On approval, we prepare detailed working drawings , co-ordination with structural and MEP consultants, prepare sample board of finishes like tiling, colors,textures,cladding , bathroom fixtures and seek for final approval from the clients.Clients are always welcome to visit the site at their will and check the quality.
